WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
During a sound bath, participants will lie down comfortably whilst being immersed in the vibrations of sound therapy instruments. We play therapeutic singing bowls, chimes as well as other sound healing instruments. During the session you may experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions. Perfect for those in need of calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.
We encourage you to invite your loved ones and friends who may also benefit from this unique experience!
LET’S COME TOGETHER AND CREATE A SPACE FILLED WITH POSITIVE ENERGY, VIBRATIONS AND COLLECTIVE HEALING!
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
Please bring a yoga mat, as well as a pillow and a BLANKET so that you are warm and cosy!! If you have a bolster bring it too to support your knees (and a lower back).

Not suitable for children under 16, children 16+ to be accompanied by a guardian
PERSONAL ASSISTANT/COMPANION TICKETS
If you require the assistance of a carer or helper to attend we can make a free ticket available for your companion. You can book access companion tickets by emailing me on rc.therapies@gmail.com.
The venue is accessible for the wheelchair users.
We know that price is a barrier for some, and we try to have a free space for those who can’t afford to pay the ticket price. If you think you are in need of healing and cannot afford the ticket – simply email me on rc.therapies@gmail.com. ( I cannot guarantee a free ticket for a fully pre-booked event)
