Yet the nervous system often needs more time to catch up with that shift. \nThis session honours that in-between space\, combining immersive sound and nurturing aromatherapy massage to help the body release residual tension\, restore inner resources\, and move into the hookup of spring with steadiness and ease. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nYou’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls\, alongside a range of therapeutic instruments. The sound journey will gently wash through the body\, calming the nervous system and creating space for renewal. \nWhile you’re immersed in sound\, you’ll receive a nurturing aromatherapy massage\, offered intuitively to support relaxation\, circulation\, and gentle re-energising. Touch and sound will work together\, allowing the body to let go and gradually refill its energy stores — without pressure or effort. \nFor this spring gathering\, we’ve created a bespoke aromatherapy blend\, inspired by clarity\, growth\, and balance.
